Laser Printer, Inkjet, and Copier Cartridges

Toner Management Systems warrants each cartridge to be free of defects in material and workmanship. If any TMS cartridge is found to be defective, TMS  will, at its option, replace the cartridge or refund the full purchase price.

TMS also warrants that, subject to conditions stated below and under normal use, our cartridges will not cause damage, abnormal wear, or deterioration to  any compatible printers or copiers.  If a defect in a TMS cartridge causes a printer or copier to fail, TMS will reimburse the customer for the full amount for the repair of the printer or copier.

This warranty is dependent upon the customer providing TMS with satisfactory evidence that the printer or copier failure was due to a defect in the TMS  cartridge, including a written statement on an authorized service company’s letterhead, dated and signed by the company’s field service representative.  Return of the defective cartridge is required.  Any sign of tampering with the cartridge by non-TMS personnel will void this warranty.

TMS liability hereunder shall be limited to replacement or reimbursement as provided above.
